Frequently asked questions
Is this password generator secure?
Yes. Passwords are generated locally in your browser using cryptographically strong randomness (crypto.getRandomValues). Nothing is sent to our servers.
Can I include or exclude certain characters?
Use the checkboxes to include lowercase, uppercase, numbers, and symbols. The length slider lets you choose between 6 and 128 characters.
Will my passwords be saved?
No. We do not store your generated passwords. For safety, copy and save them in your own password manager.
What makes a strong password?
Aim for 12+ characters with a mix of lowercase, uppercase, numbers, and symbols. Avoid dictionary words and reuse across sites.
