Cancellation and Refunds

This policy covers cancellations and refunds for digital purchases and subscriptions made on Insinex Tools, including payments processed by Razorpay.

Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled in advance.
  • You can cancel anytime from the app or by contacting support. Access remains active until the end of the paid period.
  • If a renewal payment fails, we may retry as per gateway rules. Access may pause until payment succeeds.

Refunds

  • Due to the digital nature of our products, completed charges are generally non‑refundable. However, we understand exceptions may apply.
  • Refund requests are evaluated case‑by‑case for issues like duplicate charges, accidental purchases, or technical problems preventing access.
  • To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of the charge with your payment reference and details.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment gateway and issuing bank (typically 5–10 business days).
  • Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback while your case is under review, we may suspend access pending resolution

Razorpay

  • For Razorpay subscriptions, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period unless specified otherwise.
  • If a refund is approved, we will initiate it in Razorpay; timing of credit to your account depends on Razorpay and your bank.
  • Include your Razorpay payment ID or subscription ID when contacting support to expedite resolution.

How to request cancellation or refund

Please contact our support with:

  1. Your name and email used during checkout
  2. Payment reference (e.g., Razorpay Payment ID / Subscription ID)
  3. A brief description of the issue
